- No guarantees are made regarding academic improvement, grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, skill mastery, or measurable progress
- Progress is highly dependent on student participation and completion of assigned homework and practice work
- Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind
4. Limitation of Liability

6. No Professional Advice Disclaimer
Services provided are NOT licensed teaching or formal instruction, psychological or mental health services, or legal, financial, or career advice. All guidance is informal and experience-based only.

In the event of Provider unavailability, Provider will make a reasonable effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or adjustment may be issued at Provider’s discretion.
9. Termination Policy

12. Code of Conduct
Provider reserves the right to remove any student for disruptive behavior, lack of participation, repeated unpreparedness, failure to complete assigned work, or disrespectful communication. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
13. Recording Policy
Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or internal review purposes. Recordings will not be publicly shared without explicit consent. Parent/Guardian agrees to such recording as a condition of participation.
14. Media Consent
By enrolling, Parent/Guardian grants permission for Provider to use student work (anonymized or attributed), testimonials or feedback, and limited session excerpts for website content and marketing materials. No sensitive personal information will be shared. To opt out, written notice must be provided.
