Terms of Service & Enrollment Agreement

Nature of Services

TeenEdge Academy provides informal, supplemental academic coaching — not accredited or licensed instruction.

No Guarantees

No guarantees are made regarding academic improvement, grades, or test scores. Progress depends on consistent student effort and homework completion.

Payment (Monthly)

Fees are due by the 7th of each month via Zelle
Enrollment is confirmed after the first month's fee is paid

Refund & Absence Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No credits for student absences. Rescheduling requires 24h advance notice and is subject to availability.

Termination

You may terminate with 14 days written (email) notice to teenedgeacademy@gmail.com. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, repeated absences, or disruptive behavior.

Recording & Media

Sessions may be recorded for internal quality review. Student work may be used for marketing (anonymized) unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days. No liability for academic outcomes or decisions made based on coaching.
